Cedars At Ellington - Shamrock Communities Manager Review from Houston, Texas

The manager is so stingy. My friend and I were at the pool and she came out telling us to get out of her pool. The sign said that we could stay as long as we were older than thirteen which we both were. She was flat out rude throughout the whole conversation and it was disgusting. She even went as far as threatening to call the police. She needs to be removed as soon as possible.

I have learned my lesson: never trust to "sweet" landlord who trying to fool you for her own business. Apt was supposed to be ready on Friday. I was moving from Louisiana to Texas. I paid my friends and arrange my moving to TX on Friday. Something told me call them before you start driving. I called them, and they said that apartment is not ready! And no one even notify me! I was pissed. Next, as soon as I moved in on Saturday, I realized that the apt conditions are awful: broken toilet seat, AC is not working, its gloomy and dark, floors are nasty, cabinets are not clean and bugs are running around, and there is no more the "sweet" office lady anymore. I was shocked and pissed. On Monday I asked her to change the apartment. I was ready to pay more. She says it can happen after 6 months only. Why don't they get financially punished for their lye and mistakes?
